Mike Loria
What is Mike's role?
Mike directs the vision and strategy of the company and was a founding partner of the company in 2000. Mike is a graduate of Wayne State University, where he studied marketing and logistics.
What drives you?
I am fascinated by logistics, and I really enjoy creating simple solutions to complex problems.
What about outside of work?
You can often find me cycling, boating, golfing, downhill and cross-country skiing.
Jeff Korona
What is Jeff's role?
Jeff is a founding partner and board member. He is responsible for ITSM and ITAM product development, business development, and strategic direction of the company. Jeff holds a bachelor of arts in business management from the University of Michigan.
What drives you?
I am driven to help others protect and maximize their investments in technology.
What about outside of work?
I am a proud supporter of Sotos Syndrome Support Association and Canine Companions for Independence.
Heather Plastow
What is Heather's role?
Heather leads business operations in a manner consistent with our vision, mission, and values. Heather has more than 30 years of experience in the IT lifecycle management industry. She has a B.S. and a M.B.A. from Central Michigan University
What drives you?
I am driven by teamwork and efficiency. I take pleasure in seeing the right people in the right seat, succeeding beyond the level of their expectations.
What about outside of work?
I enjoy camping, hiking, biking, and kayaking. I have a personal goal to visit all our national parks.
Anthony Ventimiglia
What is Anthony's role?
Anthony is responsible for remarketing all returned IT hardware from Re-Source Partners clients. He continually monitors IT hardware market rates and trends through a large broker network and provides key pricing data to assist in developing optimal client solutions. Anthony joined Re-Source Partners in 2003 and has held roles managing operations and logistics. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in business from Central Michigan University.
What drives you?
I am naturally curious, so I love to learn new things, help others, and solve problems.
What about outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family. I am a photographer, I enjoy fly-fishing, I run marathons, and ski.
Dane Bezemek
What is Dane's role?
As the Director of Service Delivery, Dane is responsible for management and delivery of all Re-Source Partners ITAM service offerings. Responsibilities include oversight of all client projects to ensure optimal asset visibility, cost optimization, workflow compliance, and streamlined processes to deliver value-added solutions to our clients.
What drives you?
A strong work ethic and commitment to building strong client relationships and trust by delivering outstanding services and solutions.
What about outside of work?
Family and service to country and community are of utmost importance to Dane. He is a Command Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army Reserves, is involved in Scouting of America, and Veterans of Foreign Wars
Brandon Olszewski
What is Brandon's role?
Brandon is a client relationship manager and spends his time servicing our clients with all their needs. Brandon holds a B.S in supply chain from Wayne State University.
What drives you?
Learning new things, team building, and being part of a healthy diverse culture are some of the things that really motivate me. I really thrive and enjoy seeing people come together for the greater good of their organization.
What about outside of work?
I am an avid boxing fan, love traveling, and partaking in things that are new and exciting. I have been to over 15 countries and expect to see many more!
Dawn Plastow
What is Dawn's role?
Dawn is responsible for all things worker related, payroll and data reporting. She earned a B.A. in Communication from Michigan State University in 2019.
What drives you?
I am driven by my desire for productive communication. I take pleasure in providing a creative solution to any problem.
What about outside of work?
I am a very active person and I love traveling. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, yoga and running. I have visited 21 national parks and I hope to visit another 10 next year.
